Our services are priced according to the square footage of the properties filmed.
I.e. If the main home is 4,000 sq ft and the ADU is 1,000 sq ft, the total of the services will be priced for 5,000 sq ft.

To ensure availability and good weather, it’s ideal to book within 1-2 weeks of the preferred shoot date.

We will send out a short checklist once your order has been confirmed but generally we ask that you visually prepare the property the way you would like it captured.
As much as we’d love to help stage, our production process requires focus and time to produce the level of quality we are known for. We thank you for your understanding!

If your shoot date was on a Mon - Thurs, photos will be delivered the next business day. Videos will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
If your shoot date was on a Fri - Sun, photos will be delivered the next Monday. Videos will be delivered within the next Tues - Thurs.

On average, photo deliverables will include 10-20 photos per 1,000 sq ft.
For example:
1,000 sq ft (10-20 Photos)
2,000 sq ft (20-30 Photos)
